Nintendo has announced it will end the Dr. Mario World mobile game service on 31st October in the west and 1st November this year.
In a message over on its official Japanese support page, it tahnked players for their continued support since the service began on 10th July 2019 and mentioned how “diamond” sales would end on 28th July (today).
Once the end date is reached, you’ll receive a screen on boot up informing you that the service has ended and you can no longer play.
Nintendo is also planning to release a web page of “Dr. Mario World Memories” where customers can reflect on their own play history.
The company will also offer refunds on unused paid deiamonds.
