Publisher Natsume has given us our first look at Harvest Moon: One World, a new entry in the Harvest Moon series that’s planned to launch on Switch this fall.

The footage (captured and reuploaded by NintendoEverything) comes from today’s New Game+ Expo showcase, an event presenting new and upcoming releases from indie developers all around the world.

The game was first announced just last month, when it was described as “a brand-new way of exploring Harvest Moon for seasoned players and new generations alike”. You’ll be exploring an entire world full of new characters and old favourites, all while managing your very own farm.

Can you imagine a world without tomatoes, strawberries, or even cabbage? In the latest entry in the Harvest Moon series, that’s the situation players will find themselves in. Only an old book gives hints of what once was… Buoyed by a mysterious discovery, players will find themselves setting out on an adventure that spans not only their hometown but the whole world! What kind of people and places await? From the gorgeous beaches of Halo Halo to the snowy mountains of Salmiakki, there’s literally an entire world to explore.

What do you think? Are you interested in checking it out when it launches this fall? Let us know down below.
