Dante from Capcom’s Devil May Cry series has been confirmed for the upcoming Atlus release, Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster. He’s part of the downloadable “Maniax Pack” priced at 980 Yen (about $10 USD) and will be available on release day in Japan (29th October).
The demon hunter originally made his debut as a guest character in the 2004 release of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax. In the remaster, selecting “New Game ~Maniax~” from the title screen will allow you to swap out Raidou Kuzunoha from Devil Summoner 2 with Dante. The remaster also adds a “Pierce Effect” to Dante’s “Son’s Oath” skill.
Shin Megami Tensei III launches in Japan on 29th October and will arrive worldwide next year.
