Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition Contains A New Epilogue Story, Launches In May


Today’s Nintendo Direct Mini has confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition will be launching on Nintendo Switch on 29th May.

You can check out the game’s specific portion of the Direct above; Nintendo says that it will feature updated graphics, improved battle HUD and menus, more than 90 remastered music tracks, and an all-new epilogue story with Melia and Shulk called ‘Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected’.

It has also been revealed that a ‘Definitive Works’ version of the game will release on the same day in North America, which includes a 250-page art book, while Europe is due to receive a ‘Collector’s Set’ including a Sound Selection Vinyl that reflects the Monado’s design.
