To coincide with the launch of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury on Switch next month, Nintendo has unveiled a brand new system sporting Mario’s iconic colours.
The Nintendo Switch – Mario Red & Blue Edition system features a colour scheme that instantly reminds us of Mario’s classic outfit. This special hardware release will launch on 12th February, the same day as 3D World, at a suggested retail price of $299.99.
It includes red Joy-Con controllers with blue straps, a blue Joy-Con grip, a red Nintendo Switch dock and a red Nintendo Switch system – making this the first time the Nintendo Switch system itself will be available in a new colour! It even comes with a stylised Mario Red & Blue Edition Carrying Case and a screen protector. Not bad at all.
