Exactly one month after the previous update, Nintendo has now released a new patch for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It takes the game from Version 1.2.0 to Version 1.2.1. Unfortunately, the English patch notes aren’t available on Nintendo’s support website just yet, so we’ll just have to settle with the Japanese ones for now.
According to the notes on the Japanese support site, this update fixes some bugs. If you want to be able to continue enjoying the game’s multiplayer, locally and online, you’ll also need to update to this latest patch.
Apart from that, there are some theories that this bug might have fixed the recently discovered duplication glitches. If we hear anything else about this, we’ll be sure to let you know.
